“Jonny take you father his dinner”, yelled Debbi Jonny’s mother. Jonny grabbed the hamburger off the table and slowly opened the basement door. Jonny has always been afraid of the basement because every time he goes down there he dad scares the crap out of him.
He slowly turned the doorknob and swung open the door and there was his dad covered in blood. “DAD!” Debbi came running over “Mike what happened?” All he could he say was, “The rabbits.” Jonny and Debbi rushed him to the hospital.
Mike Jonny’s dad was a scientist but Jonny was not sure what he was working on. When the doctor came out he said, “That he was cut up really bad and going to need a lot of stitches and he would be back home after he gets them”. After about 3 hours Mike was taken back home and he looked horrible his face had 6 big cuts and more covering his body.
When they got home Mike went to the lab. Debbi yelled across the room “O no you don’t.
You are going to tell me what happened.”
“But it’s like 1 in the morning.”
“I don’t care.”
“But Debbi it’s important.
“Not as important telling me what happened.”
“Fine.”
“Jonny go to bed me and your father have to talk about something.”
“Ok.”
“Ok start talking” said Debbi.
“Nothing happened I told you this at the hospital I fell down the stairs.”
“I don’t believe you.”
“Why not?”
“Because you said the rabbits.”
Mike started to open his mouth when Debbi said “whatever I’m going to bed.”
A big thump woke Jonny up; he looked at the clock 3:30 A.m. Jonny tried not to a noise as he walked down the stairs. There was his dad going into the basement “I wonder what he is going to do down there” said Jonny?
“What?” Mike said “Who that is?”
Jonny quickly ran behind a wall. Mike ignored it and he went down stairs. Jonny thought to himself “should I go or just ignore it” and then he herd another big thump witch made him wonder even more. He decided to go. He slowly walked down stars and herd his dad talking to someone “ don’t worry you will be out of that cage in no time all I need to do is get rid of Debby and that annoying son and then we attack.”
So many questions were going through Jonny’s head. He went down a little farther and saw his dad talking to something that looked like a huge rabbit. It was about 10 feet tall really fat its hair was white with black spots all over it. Mike started to go upstairs so Jonny hurried upstairs to his room. As soon as Jonny thought that his dad was asleep he went down to the basement. He studied the rabbit for about 10 minutes. He wondered how his dad made this thing it was so big. He looked on his dads desk and saw his journal he opened it up and stated reading.

Its 1:52 and the rabbit experiment is going great.14 years of putting up with that little kid Jonny is driving me crazy.

The rabbit experiment is crashing down all 500 of the giant rabbits got into the contaminated water and is all crazy.
Jonny felt bad what was wrong with his dad he never knew his dad was sick of him he always thought they got along great, and what was the thing about 500 giant rabbits. He turned the page and saw what looked like a drawing of the fire place right beside him and the journal said to pull the leaver next to it. Jonny pulled it and a huge hidden door slowly opened he turned on the light and saw 500 giant rabbits in giant cages.
Jonny slowly walked in and all of the rabbits made a loud screeching sound that shook the house. After they stopped he heard his dad rushing down stairs. Jonny ran and jumped behind a cage. Just in time before his dad could see him. “Jonny is that you” Mike softly said. He looked at the desk and saw that the journal was opened “Jonny you know not to go thru my stuff.” Mike grabbed a remote of his desk and pressed a big red button suddenly all the cages opened and the rabbits all jumped out. “Find the boy I’ll take care of his mother.”
Mike ran up stairs. Jonny jumped out from behind the cage a rabbit pounced on him and Jonny saw a hammer laying on the ground and hit the rabbit in the head with it the rabbit fell to the floor. All the other rabbits backed off. Jonny ran up stairs to save his mother.
When Jonny got there Mike had a knife to his mother’s throat. “O there you are son” said Mike and then he dropped his mother to the ground. Maybe I should let you Debbi witness your son’s death. “NO” yelled Debbi. Mike ran after Jonny, he took one swing and hit Mike in the knee he heard a crack. Mike fell to the floor in pain. “Come on mom let’s get out of here.” They ran down stairs grabbed the gasoline tank, and dumped it all over the house. They were almost done when they heard Mike coming down stairs; Jonny grabbed the hammer and gave him another crack to the other knee. Jonny lit a match and dropped it; they ran outside and watched the house slowly burn to the ground.
